Property Assessment

We begin with an in-depth assessment of your property. One of our experienced team members will usually visit the property to understand both the home itself and your objectives as a landlord. We'll advise on achievable rental value, current market conditions, and the most effective letting strategy, ensuring you're fully informed before moving forward.

Marketing Your Property

Once instructed, we prepare your property for market with professional photography, floor plans and virtual tours. Your home is promoted across leading online platforms and through our established network of prospective tenants, giving it maximum exposure to our target market.

Offers & Tenancy

When offers are received, we carefully review and negotiate each one on your behalf. We'll provide clear guidance to help you choose the most suitable tenant. All proposed tenants undergo comprehensive referencing to confirm their identity, financial suitability, and rental history.

Compliance

We take care of legal requirements to ensure the property and tenancy comply with current legislation. This includes arranging safety certificates, confirming smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place, serving prescribed information, protecting the deposit, and carrying out Right to Rent checks.

Move-In & Ongoing Support

On the day of move-in, we manage the key handover and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start to the tenancy. You will receive your first rental statement less agreed fees. Where we provide full management, we act as the main point of contact for tenants and handle maintenance matters on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout.
